Green Brooklyn…Green City is a city-wide event attracting residents from all 5 boroughs to a full day fair and symposium, where attendees can learn first-hand from local experts about the many ways New York City is creating a more sustainable future.
Alongside our Greenmarket farmers' market, attendees can visit booths, make art from recycled products, attend a free workshop, and more! The event is the largest of its kind in Brooklyn and engages all citizens, regardless of prior knowledge of sustainability/environmental issues, in actions they can personally take to lower their own environmental impact.
