Queens Green Business Summit was a Success!
On January 23 over seven hundred business professionals from the New York community participated in the fist Queens Green Business Summit (www.QueensGreenBusinessSummit.com). Speakers presented attainable, measurable, and sustainable business practices. Companies networked with one another and engaged in an evolving cooperative endeavor to green their enterprises, seek better information and gain tools and opportunity in the Emerging Green Economy. We invite participants from the summit to comment here and look forward to a continued dialogue.

Owners, RE developers, builders and green product + service manufacturers all in one place! Clearly, Green Business Summit was a place to get answers based on facts, performance and experience.
ReplyDeleteAlready some of the panelists have been approached by attendees to explore business opportunities.

ReplyDeleteI was very impressed with the energy at the summit. During a time of economic crisis the summit was like an island of hope and enthusiasm about the future of businesses in this country. There were so many dynamic and influential people present and amazing networking opportunities. There was a real sharing of experience and knowledge between the speakers and the audience and tons of activity everywhere. I came away from the event feeling exhilarated.
ReplyDeleteI am so thankful for the overwhelming response this Summit had. After working for many months with The Salsberg Group, putting this together, it was so heartening to see so many people who "get it", in one place, doing business. The Queens Chamber remains committed to seeing our "Green" inititives remaining a 12 month program and look at this Summit as only the beginning. We'll be doing something huge at Citifields in May and hope all of you will visit or participate again. Thanks to all.

Great job, Salsberg Group/EcoVentions; I've enjoyed watching some of the video from the event, so thanks for sharing. I look forward to hearing how the future events go.
